Interventional Procedures

Our visiting Radiologists perform a wide range of Interventional procedures, from standard cortisone injections under Ultrasound or CT guidance, through to Thyroid Biopsy, Drainages and in the near future, nerve ablation work. We will also offer, in the coming months, High Dose Platelet Rich Plasma injections, for regenerative tissue treatments. 

Many interventional procedures can be performed in an outpatient setting, offering a minimally invasive approaches to diagnosis and treatment. The right procedure depends on your diagnosis and presentation, and an assesmnt by your treating Doctor and the treating Radiologist. 

Whether it's a guided cortisone injection for chronic pain relief, neurological or spinal perineural infiltrations, nerve blocks for diagnosis, fluid aspirations and drainages, or nerve ablation procedures for chronic nerve related conditions, we have you covered.
